Masa traditionala de iftar

Am avut intr-una din serile trecute o masa traditionala de iftar cu colegii de la servici, ocazie buna pentru a incerca mancarurile traditionale algeriene. Am inceput cu curmale si lapte, salata mechouia, bourek si ciorba apoi friputra de pui cu sos si la felul trei mancare de vita cu fructe (mere, caise, prune uscate). La desert fructe, prajituri traditionale algeriene (foarte dulci) si bineinteles ceai.
