Pesce al sale

Se ia un peste proaspat din Marea Mediterana (de preferinta o dorada de 3 kg), se amesteca 2.5 kg de sare grunjoasa cu patrunjel si putina apa, se impacehteaza pestele in acest amestec si se lasa la cuptor 35 de minute la 250 grade Celsius. Se serveste cu cartofi fierti presarati cu patrunjel si ulei de masline si un vin alb (Chardonay).
