Dorada in oven with Mediterranean sauce

Today we wanted to eat some fish and we went to buy some sea fish from the Metro supermarket because they have a lot of fresh fish including Mediterranean. I decided for some dorada which is very good and cheaper than Algiers (8 EUR/kg). To cook it is very simple: first clean it, without removing the scales, put it in the tray with some salt, rosemary, olive oil, some slices of lemon, heat the oven at 220 degrees and leave it there for 30 minutes. The sauce is made from one squeezed lemon blended with olive oil, garlic and some green parsley. Serve it with vegetables and white wine.
